Download Spartan’s PDF job settings to get correct and consistent high quality PDF output for your projects. For standard jobs that don’t have a bleed, please select the “Spartan Press Quality” Adobe PDF Preset. Otherwise, for jobs that contain a bleed, please select the “Spartan Press Quality With Bleeds” Adobe PDF Preset. FAQ

Q. What type of files do we accept?

A. Adobe Creative Cloud and older (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PDF, TIFF, High-resolution JPG. .EPS

Q. How should I set up my file?

A. All graphics should be converted to CMYK. RGB images will convert to CMYK which may cause unwanted color shift. PDFs should be set up using the default ‘Press Quality’ setting. If your artwork has bleeds, make sure they are at least 1/8″ and included on the PDF. No crop marks are necessary. Also, please send individual pages, not spreads.

Do you accept Publisher files?

A. Due to Publisher’s instability, we do not accept native Publisher files. Please convert your file to a .PDF, making sure to include bleeds if necessary before submitting your files.
